Stroudwater Gin

This is a Hale Fellow Well Met kind of spirit. Immediately familiar, yet intriguing. This is like a cousin you haven’t seen in years and then bump into on a train or an airport lounge. It’s chock full of juniper that immediately identifies this as Gin but it’s also full of citrus and coriander that has you going back for more. Perfectly at home in a Gin and Tonic, our gin is also versatile and definitely plays well with others.

The broad appeal and nimbleness of our gin comes from the fact that it’s a blend of two different styles of gin. The base of our gin is in the traditional London Dry style—dry, sharp and juniper forward. The rest of our blend is in the more modern “International” style where the juniper takes more of a backseat and other flavors and aromas come to the fore: citrus, coriander and cardamom are hallmarks of this portion.

Together they create a gin that is classic but with a flexibility that makes it ideal for modern and innovative cocktail applications
