A unique Argentinian gin, made with yerba mate from the Misiones region in Argentina. Its warm and tropical flavor profile is very different from the classic winter flavors in London Dry Gins.

Barrel aged gin has become increasingly popular with Corsair leading revival of this style of Gin. We distill in small batches using a vapor basket system instead of boiling/maceration common in other gins. A vapor system allows a truer flavor to come through because botanicals go through an extraction process rather than a cooking process. We then rest it in our used spiced rum barrels to impart vanilla, fall spice notes and wood to the finished product.

Portofino Dry Gin’s initial notes are from fresh lemon and crisp juniper that transport us to the hills of Portofino. They give way to a universe of Mediterranean flavors: from the rosemary and lavender perfumes of the coastal scrub to the sweet and delicate notes of marjoram and sage that evoke the taste of traditional Ligurian cousine.

An approachable, easy drinking American style gin. Crafted in handmade copper pot stills in Everett, Massachusetts, our signature Gin is made with organic ingredients to create a bright and floral spirit with distinct, pleasant notes of lavender and eucalyptus.
Sipped neat or with ice the Lavender & Juniper gin is a beautiful deep blue; add a splash of an acid such as tonic or lemon and it changes to bright pink. Heather, lavender, and camomile add to the magic by playing off the citrusy bergamot and sweet almond, finishing surprisingly dry on the palate.
The nose on this gin is a complex menagerie of aromatics with hints of cardamom, mace and orange. Plum and blackthorn lend the gin its purplish hue, and add a fruitiness that complements the heat of black peppercorns, ginger and cinnamon.
This gin was made with copious amounts of Rhubarb and Hibiscus. Like the first bite of a grapefruit, it’s juicy and floral complemented by fresh citrus and our botanical blend that leaves it with a tart and warm ginger finish.

X-Gin combines juniper with 15 herbs and several of the best spices known to man. It has the taste of passion with a hint of cocoa and the tiniest whiff of vanilla. Its pure and soft aromas provoke an intense feeling of pleasure.
Distilled in small batches in the back room of a concealed distillery in the Western part of Belgium, unusual botanicals such as malted barley and cubeb pepper are used to give Blind Tiger Gin its daring and invigorating character.

On the nose it’s all about smoke and wood. It’s that smoldering campfire deep in the pine forests of Maine, slowly going out, that’s simply perfect for roasting marshmallows. On the palate, however, it’s all about the heat. It’s youth and vigor come through in an almost brandy-like way.
Whiskey
Crafted in small batches from Ohio soft red winter wheat to emphasize the regional flavor of our agriculture, our flagship whiskey is then aged in new American oak barrels.
Batch 006 is a thunderous cask strength whisky. At 128.2 proof, Found North presents its weightiest whisky to date. The primary component, making up 65% of this 5-whisky blend, is the same foundational whisky that Batch 002 was built around, only 20 months more mature. What it's gained in age has manifested in a deep resonance. We used two other corn components in this blend, capturing the demerara note from the 26 year old Hungarian oak aged whisky and a butterscotch texture from a lively 17 year old corn aged in ex-bourbon barrels.
Batch 005 is formed around an 8-year-old wheat component aged exclusively in new American oak, one of the most marvelous whiskies we have ever worked with. Its vibrance and texture were astounding, resonating with a particular sweet butter note reminiscent of cookie dough. It had the sugary, oily mouthfeel of shortbread fresh out of the oven, caked with distinct minty, tobacco spice.

Origin
Our Drumlin Rye is the perfect expression of the terroir of our warm and fertile valley. Every bit of rye in the spirit is grown within 25 miles of the distillery, and we use rye and only rye to create a rich, peppery, complex spirit.
Middle West Straight Dark Pumpernickel Rye Whiskey celebrates significant firsts.
61% Malted rye, 4% malted chocolate rye, and 35% malted barley make up the grain bill of this rich, delicious whiskey. Unlike many other rye whiskeys, we do not use corn to fill up our grain bill, choosing instead malted barley which means Corsair Dark Rye is technically both a rye whiskey and a malt whiskey. This produces exceptionally smooth rye whiskey with chocolate, coffee and spice instead of green notes common in most ryes

We imagined Ridgeline before we even started up our distillery — a rich whiskey, reminiscent of bourbon and Irish whiskies, but with a character all its own.
Amrut Fusion is light golden in color, which reflects its aging in ex-bourbon barrels. On the nose, bold notes of vanilla, citrus, raisins, and cereal malt are joined by a touch of salinity for a surprisingly complex experience. I sat with it for a while, enjoying the different aromas that come out of the glass.
Amrut Single Malt is a brand of Indian single malt whisky, made from Indian barley grown at the foothills of the Himalayas.
